1.1 Conditions of return

The return costs, by tracking colissimo (preferably without a signature), are your responsibility but those for the reshipment of the exchange will be covered by Hippobloo.

 

For Europe and International, the return and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact with the cotton collar and flyers.

Any return must be the subject of a return request by email to contact@hippobloo.eu.

Hippobloo.eu will confirm the response by email.

The customer must then return the package to Hippobloo.eu.

The customer must keep the proof of deposit of the package which will be given to him by La Poste. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.

1. 2 State of products

All returned products (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, Hippobloo.eu will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise.

No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage makes the product unsuitable for sale.

If the return is refused by hippobloo.eu, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Hippobloo.eu without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to a refund, except for the subsequent exercise of his warranty rights on the goods sold.

1.3 Refund of returns:

For a return of products for a refund:

-As part of a classic purchase with shipping costs, we only refund the value of the product / products.

-As part of a purchase of several pairs with free shipping, if you wish to return 1 or more pairs for a refund. A shipping fee will be charged to you.

 

You have 14 days from receipt of the products to return them if they are not suitable, for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

Beyond this period, returns will be systematically refused. Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Hippobloo.eu will refund the returned products within 15 days following the reinstatement of the goods in stock.
