The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box intact.
All returns must be requested by e-mail at email@example.com. Hippobloo.eu will then send the validation of the return to the customer by e-mail.
The customer must return his invoice and write his wish on it, refund or exchange and attach it to the parcel (inside).
The customer will then have to return to Hippobloo.eu the package.
The cost of returns will be borne by the customer according to the rates in force by La Poste.
The customer must keep the proof of delivery of the parcel which will be given to him by La Poste.
In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
For Europe and the International the costs of return and redirection are at the expense of the customer.

All returns must be requested from the “My Account” section of www.hippobloo.eu or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hippobloo.eu will then issue the corresponding return request and send the confirmation by e-mail to the customer.
The customer will need to print the return request page and attach it to the package (inside). Otherwise, the customer will have to copy the return number on a blank sheet and put it in the package. The customer will then have to return to Hippobloo.eu the package according to the mode chosen at the time of the return request.
The customer must keep the proof of delivery of the parcel which will be given to him by La Poste. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
1. 2 State of products
All returned products (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the parcel, Hippobloo.eu will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods.
No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the product unfit for sale.
If the return is refused by hippobloo.eu, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Hippobloo.eu without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to refund, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its rights to guarantee the goods sold.
1.3 Refund of returns
You have 14 days from receipt of the products to return them if they are not suitable, for exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
After this period, returns will be systematically refused. Subject to compliance with these return conditions, Hippobloo.eu will refund the returned products within 15 days following the return of the goods to stock.
Shipping costs are free from 3 pairs purchased, automatic discount depending on geographical location. Only in Metropolitan France.
