Hippobloo.eu is a trading site allowing customers and future customers to purchase flip flops for women, men and children.
1. Price
All prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. hippobloo.eu reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration. The products remain the property of hippobloo.eu until the price per hippobloo.eu. The price is payable in full and in a single payment.
2. Ordering
The client can order on the internet via http://www.hippobloo.eu.hippobloo.eu reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or which would present in its eyes any form of risk. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. hippobloo.eu undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. If one or more ordered product(s) is not available, hippobloo.eu undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer’s order will then be automatically cancelled and the corresponding amount refunded.
3. Shipping and Delivery
It takes about 24 hours to process your order, upon receipt on our website ( Add the minimum shipping delay ).
Any order placed on the site hippobloo.eu before 19 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and shipped the next day in the morning, subject to validation of payment. Delivery shall be effected in metropolitan France, the Principalities of Monaco and Andorra, Belgium and Luxembourg, subject to the provisions mentioned below.
The customer can choose from the following 3 delivery methods ( in France): *Colissimo tracked without signature, *Colissimo tracked against signature, *Colissimo tracked Point Relais and *Colissimo International.

3.1 Timeliness
Your order is delivered in Colissimo.
From the moment you are picked up by La Poste, you will be delivered to your home in a minimum of 48 hours(1) subject to delivery deadlines.

3.2 Security
With Colissimo, your order is delivered Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm, by hand and against signature. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel (no guardian,...), your letter carrier parcel deposits a notice of passage stating the date and the address of the post office where you can pick up your parcel on presentation of an identity document.
From the date mentioned on the transit notice, you have 15 days to pick up your parcel. After this period, it will be automatically returned to its sender.
3.3 Traceability
At any time, thanks to the parcel number that is communicated to you by the merchant site (ex: 8V00300548899), you can track your parcel by logging in(2)at www.laposte.fr/colissimo to find out where it is.

Hippoblo.eu stipulates that the delivery period may not exceed 30 days from the placing of the online order (Hamon law). Otherwise, the online contract will be cancelled.
3.4 Delay in Delivery
Any delay in delivery of more than seven days may lead to the resolution of the sale on the initiative of the consumer, on written request from him, sent by registered letter with request for acknowledgement of receipt. The consumer will then be reimbursed for the amounts incurred by him during the order. This clause is not intended to apply if the delay in delivery is due to the customer (ex: incorrect address etc.) or to a case of force majeure beyond the control of the publisher (ex: natural disaster, flood, bad weather etc.). The contract will, if applicable, be considered to be terminated upon receipt of the resolution letter by the publisher.
If the product arrives once the sales resolution letter has been received by the consumer and the latter still wishes to renounce the sale, the consumer will have to return (at his own risk) the parcel to the publisher who will refund him the sums committed at the time of the order.
4. Payment

The ordered products are then reserved 5 days from the date of order. After this period and failing receipt of the corresponding cheque, Hippobloo.eu reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
The cheque will then be returned upon receipt. Cashing is done upon receipt of the cheque.
4.2 Belgium and Luxembourg
Payment is by credit card only.
4.3 Validation of payment
The payment is validated upon receipt of the cheque in case of payment by cheque and upon receipt of the additional information requested in case of payment by bank card requiring additional checks (V paragraph 5 Fight against fraud with bank card).
5. Combating Credit Card Fraud
The site Hippobloo.eu does not hold any Bank Card numbers. All payment transactions are made through Paypal, which you pay through your paypal account or bank card.
6. Return and refund
6.1 Time limit for returning an item- right of withdrawal
The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
6.2 Return Conditions
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box intact.
All returns must be requested by e-mail at contact@hippobloo.eu. Hippobloo.eu will then send the validation of the return to the customer by e-mail.
The customer must return his invoice and write his wish on it, refund or exchange and attach it to the parcel (inside).
The customer will then have to return to Hippobloo.eu the package.
The cost of returns will be borne by the customer according to the rates in force by La Poste.
The customer must keep the proof of delivery of the parcel which will be given to him by La Poste.
In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
6.3 Return via Colissimo (Metropolitan France, Principalities of Monaco and Andorra)
The customer must keep the proof of deposit which will be given to him at La Poste during the deposit of the parcel. This POD includes the Colissimo tracking return number, the weight of the returned package and the date of deposit at the post office.
6.4 State of products
All returned products (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the parcel, Hippobloo.eu will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods.
No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the product unfit for sale.
If the return is refused by hippobloo.eu, the products will then be returned to the customer at the cost of hippobloo.eu without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to refund, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its rights to guarantee the goods sold
6.5 Refund of returns
Subject to compliance with these return conditions, hippobloo.eu will refund the returned products within 14 days following the return of the goods to stock.

11. Guarantee
11.1 Warranty of products purchased on this site
In the event of a defect in a product purchased on this site, the user shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the legal guarantee of hidden defects, a period of two years from the date on which the defect was established to request the exchange or refund of the product, and, pursuant to Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code he shall have a period of two years from the date of receipt of the said product to request the exchange or reimbursement thereof, in the event that the delivered good does not conform to the meaning given to that word by the aforementioned Article. 13. Law Applicable to Litigation
The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Chalon-sur-Saône (71).
The customer reserves the right to use a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute.
